Ellis is a trainee psychotherapist, facilitator, trainer, and celebrant. They specialise in creating spaces where people can connect with their authentic selves, bring deeper awareness to complex situations and celebrate transitions. Ellis is interested in how to enable people to be their most authentic selves and have the difficult conversations that are needed to create a more equitable world. Ellis takes a structural approach seeking to understand and dismantle the systems contributing to inequality. www.ellisbeardsmore.com/ www.beyondtheboxcollective.com |
