how we are funded

​the big room cic is a community interest company limited by guarantee.  As a community interest company we exist for the social and communal benefit of our community instead of the financial profit of absent shareholders.

Our funding comes from four primary sources:

1. Initial seed money from the directors
2. The Wellbeing Space @ Silk House Therapy & Wellbeing
3. The generosity of those attending events, forums, workshops organised by the big room cic
4. The renting of the space
