Event Booking: terms and conditions
Refunds can only be made in the following circumstances: Cancellation: If you are unable to attend an event requests for cancellation are made via our booking platform: https://thebigroomcic.eventsmart.com Overseas Facilitator Due to the costs involved in bringing overseas facilitators to the UK, cancellation requests received 90 days or less prior to the event are non-cancellable, non-refundable and must be paid in full six weeks before the event. Cancellation requests received in excess of 90 days prior to the event qualify for a refund excluding any non-refundable deposits. UK based Facilitator (a) cancellation requests received over 60 days prior to the event will qualify for a 90% refund of ticket price. (b) cancellation requests received over 30 days prior to the event will qualify for a 50% refund of ticket price. (c) cancellation requests received less than 30 days or less prior to the event are non-cancellable and non-refundable Note: Refunds are limited to the ticket price paid at the time of booking and cannot include any additional charges or incidentals. If we need to cancel/reschedule: despite our best efforts there may be times where we have to cancel or reschedule an event. When an event is rescheduled or cancelled, we will do our best to inform you using the contact details you provided when booking the event. In such cases, we will offer the option of re-issuing your tickets for the rescheduled date or or refund the ticket price. We are unable to include any additional charges or incidentals including travel or accommodations costs. If this is a concern please ensure that you have appropriate insurance to cover this eventuality. We reserve the right to make alterations to published event programmes where reasonably necessary. Access: unfortunately we are unable to accommodate all access needs at this time as the venue is accessed via one flight of stairs.
